Behind the lens
I first picked up a camera at the age of 4 and was fascinated by the idea of looking through the viewfinder and then taking a picture of what I saw.
In 2009, my parents bought me my first camera when I was still living in Belgium. When I went to Brussels I would take my camera. But it was only during a trip in Paris with my dad, that I was bitten by the bug and my passion began. I like to think that my photography was born in the streets of Paris.
I eventually returned to Canada & joined a camera club and learned 'the arts of the trade' but it was only during my 'picture a day' challenge did my photography take on a new life. Some of those pictures are on this website.
